How to have healthier money conversations with the most important people in your life.
Right now you’re struggling with overwhelm of all the things you “should” be doing to save money.
Imagine if you could hit pause and focus on improving just a few big things with the support and accountability of others doing the same.
This is your chance!
We’re the hosts of the Frugal Friends Podcast!
We’ve taken our collective areas of expertise and created a program to help people achieve financial responsibility, do it fast, and make it fun. All while breaking some of the stigma of talking with friends about money.
My husband and I paid off $78,000 of debt in two years with an income way under that. And in those two years we were unemployed, underemployed, and bought a house. It was that journey that inspired me to start writing about personal finance and I’ve been doing it professionally (yeah, people actually pay me to do this!) for three years.
I’m a licensed social worker and counselor helping people navigate trauma and transition. My husband and I renovated and lived in multiple RV's to save money, travel more, and live a minimalist lifestyle. Through tiny living and budgeting, we became debt-free this year without big incomes.
This workbook is jam-packed with over 60 pages of journaling prompts, worksheets, and fun! Every week you'll enter a new challenge that'll help you save money on the front end and identify pain points that'll help you improve in those areas long-term.

The full workbook program lasts six weeks but you have the option of only doing the challenges you need and doing them in whatever order you want! The actual time you'll spend in the workbook will vary based on the size of your group but if you're doing it on your own expect to spend around one hour each week. 45 minutes on each week's intro and wrap up as well as 15 minutes of mid-week journaling.
No worries! While we want to cultivate relationships rooted in openness around money we totally get that many people don't have people in their lives who are there yet. So the workbook will "work" just as well for those doing it on their own.
The Frugal Friends Workbook is a digital product. As soon as you purchase you'll have access to the workbook and all its content. Nothing will be shipped to you. Due to the digital nature of this product, there will be no refunds after purchase.
